Sponsorship Opportunities

The conference will be located in the Hotel Forest Hill Paris La Villette and will include workshops, refreshments and lunches. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to connect your organisation to the conference and to interact with the delegates.

The Sponsorship packages for Smart Agrimatics 2012 have been designed to encourage industrial and association support for the conference.

All sponsors will receive the following with additional advantages dependant on the level of sponsorship:

Web and programme listing – Sponsors will be listed in advance on the conference website www.smartagrimatics.eu and in the program book provided to all attendees.
Your Company logo on the conference website and on the holding slide on the conference platform together with other sponsors and exhibitors.
Your Company name will be explicitly mentioned at the lunch, coffeebreak or conference room sponsored by your organisation.
Opportunity to provide a company leaflet or brochure in the delegate pack provided to all attendees.
Display area at a table for you to promote your company during the conference.
A delegate list including the delegate name and company will be emailed to sponsors 2 weeks before the conference.

We offer three different sponsorship packages in which there is a selection of options, so you can make the best choice for your organsiation.

Gold Sponsorship Packages

Option G1: Conference Lunch 13^th of June @ Euro 3000 + VAT @ 20% (if applicable)
Option G2: Conference Lunch 14^th of June @ Euro 3000 + VAT @ 20% (if applicable)
Option G3: Plenary room @ Euro 3000 + VAT @ 20% (if applicable)

This booking entitles you to:

2 free full delegate registrations including access to the conference, full catering and conference materials
2 free delegate places to the conference dinner

Silver Sponsorship Packages

Option S1: Two of the Coffee breaks @ Euro 2000 + VAT @ 20% (if applicable)
Option S2: One of the large conference rooms @ Euro 2000 + VAT @ 20% (if applicable)

This booking entitles you to:

2 free full delegate registrations including access to the conference, full catering and conference materials

Bronze Sponsorship Packages

Option B1: One of the Coffee breaks @ Euro 1000 + VAT @ 20% (if applicable)
Option B2: One of the small conference rooms @ Euro 1000 + VAT @ 20% (if applicable)
